Construction Site Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Construction Site Supervisor for our residential renovation projects. As a prominent residential construction firm, we specialize in home additions, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), basement finishing, kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as outdoor living enhancements. You will collaborate closely with our Project Management team to manage your assigned job sites, ensuring that projects progress smoothly from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Balancing independent work with oversight of 1-3 field staff members
• Overseeing all construction phases, including planning, demolition, rough-in, and finishing
• Interpreting and analyzing blueprints
• Completing daily task lists
• Upholding a safe working environment
• Ensuring job sites are clean and organized at the end of each day
• Managing material orders
• Nurturing vendor relationships
• Updating project schedules as necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in the construction industry
• Site Planning: Proficient in reading plans, site preparation, excavation, permitting, and liaising with local authorities
• Site Management: Focus on safety, cleanliness, employee management, subcontractor coordination, and effective communication with clients and team members
• Carpentry: Comprehensive skills from rough to finish work are essential
• Flooring: Knowledge of hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and carpet installation
• Drywall: Expertise in hanging, taping, mudding, texturing, and repairs
• Painting: Proficient in interior and exterior painting, including trim work

Compensation and Benefits:
$30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

• Reliable transportation

• Capability to lift heavy materials repeatedly.
