Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain individual CE and support team in utilizing Company offered continuing education program
  • Operate as an FTO as needed, and support the functions of the program, including upskilling of other FTOs
  • Manage Hiring and requisition processes
  • Ensure all new hires have an onboarding touch point and are progressing through the FTO program on track
  • Assess and identify learning opportunities and take appropriate action

Requirements:

  • Minimum of TDSHS EMT-B certification
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Minimum 5yr EMT-B or Paramedic experience
