Job Description

As the Los Angeles Market Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-performing sales organization that delivers exceptional results and fosters a positive work environment. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Real Estate Operations to drive growth and development in your region, evaluate processes, and mentor Team Managers. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing best practices and building a world-class organization that consistently exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real estate guidance and market expertise to your team, ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed to succeed.
  • Forecast and manage the budget for your market, ensuring financial goals are met and profitability is maintained.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the business and improve customer satisfaction, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Recruit and train new agents, ensuring the team is staffed appropriately to meet demand.
  • Drive results-oriented performance, focusing on delighting clients and achieving business objectives.
Requirements
  • Leader: You possess strong leadership skills, are resourceful, decisive, and hold yourself and others accountable for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experienced: You are a licensed agent or broker with extensive real estate experience, preferably with a minimum of two years of leadership experience.
  • Strong Communicator: You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • History of Success: You have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving business growth.
  • Business Acumen: You have a solid understanding of business principles, including financial management and strategic planning.
  • Tech Savvy: You are proficient in using technology to drive business results and improve processes.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are a self-starter, always looking for ways to innovate and improve business outcomes.
