  • Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and products.
  • Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise in polymer development, molding, design, and machining materials.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
