Job Summary

This position plays a key role in maintaining the quality of our clients' turf through professional mowing, maintenance, and upkeep services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment and mowing machinery to maintain turf at a high level of quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance on large, intermediate, and small tractor/mowing equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and sharpening of mower blades.
  • Conduct basic maintenance on small gas tools, including replacement of air filters, blades, and cleaning of carburetors.
  • Identify and report damaged turf or other assets within the roadway and roadside system.
  • Perform other turf management duties as required, such as herbicide sprayer application, small mower utilization, and trimmer applications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with large commercial size/heavy equipment machinery highly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record required to drive a company vehicle.
  • Minimum 1 year related experience.
