  • Gather pertinent information from clients ahead of review meetings and ensure all presentations are prepared by the service and planning departments.

  • Verify client investment transactions through verbal confirmations.
  • Uphold client trust and confidence through meticulous work and professional, timely communication.
  • Assist the Private Wealth Advisor in identifying new sales and referral opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • MA Health & Life license.
  • SIE, Series 7, and 66 licenses.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the securities industry.
  • Pursuit of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is highly encouraged.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, requiring thorough proofreading of both language and numerical work to produce client-ready materials.
  • Organizational skills with a procedural work ethic, capable of managing numerous details across multiple clients.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks accurately.
