Cancer Education Program Manager

DetecTogether is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to saving lives through early cancer detection. We are seeking a skilled Training and Client Relations Manager to deliver our client education and eLearning programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead comprehensive training programs for diverse audiences, including firefighters, first responders, teens, young adults, and workplaces nationwide.
- Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and educational partner.
- Facilitate ongoing client engagement initiatives, including follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and address questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine program content based on research, client feedback, and performance data.
- Cross-functional collaboration with the Communications and Marketing team to promote programs aligned with DetecTogether's mission.
- Data-driven insights to drive program improvements and inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, education, business, or related field with a minimum of three to five years of professional experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in client prospecting, relationship management, and program resource planning.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with openness to feedback and adaptability during presentations.
Hybrid office environment with occasional local and national travel required up to 20%.
