As a Small Arms/Artillery Technician, you'll perform maintenance and repairs to ensure a wide array of weapons, from small arms to field artillery and large ballistic missiles, operate properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on small arms, field artillery, and large ballistic missiles
  • Conduct level 1, 2, and 3 weaponsmithing
Requirements
  • Must have an interest in joining the Army
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien
  • 17 to 34 years old
  • Healthy and in good physical condition
  • In good moral standing with no felony-level offenses
  • Must be able to meet height/weight standards
  • No major medical procedures that would prohibit you from service
  • No tattoos on the hands, neck, or face
  • Pass the ASVAB test
