Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Imaging Specialist to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. As an Echo Tech, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms using specialized ultrasound equipment to assess cardiac function and structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms using specialized ultrasound equipment to assess cardiac function and structure.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
  • Document procedure details, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • RDCS certification
  • BLS certification
  • 2 years of recent Echo Tech experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
