About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Risk Sales Advisor to join our team at National Financial Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising and delivering personal insurance products tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

Your primary role will be to work closely with our clients to understand their risk management needs and provide expert advice on the best insurance solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, agency partners, and company leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn various carrier appetites and websites to provide accurate and timely quotes
  • Work closely with carrier underwriters to determine risk placement
  • Utilize agency management systems, rating systems, and carrier websites to provide quotes
  • Execute policy correspondence delivery per agency guidelines and procedures
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and carrier representatives
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $68,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
