Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail banking team in Rutland, Vermont. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, increase sales, and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive personalized attention and tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe, secure, and compliant manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of bankers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all branch activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and risk management guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum three years of sales and management experience, with a proven track record of success in a retail banking environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months of entry into position, with training provided by the branch.
