Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections, handling billing and invoicing, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. If you have a strong customer service mindset and are able to multitask with minimal supervision, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property inspections and document findings.
  • Prepare, process, and distribute invoices through various platforms and software.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including scheduling freight elevator and loading dock access.
  • Coordinate fob access, cleaning contractors, and building signage.
  • Maintain files and purchase office supplies and equipment.
  • Complete special projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior property administration or commercial property experience required.
  • Personable and warm with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills.

Position Information:
  • $23-$24 per hour while temporary.
  • $50,000-$55,000 per year when permanent.
  • 100% on-site in Bethesda, MD.
  • Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
  • Free parking garage and metro accessible.
