Alongside our design and manufacturing capabilities, we offer technical assistance, spare parts, and additional services for our offerings.

Overview of the SAP Consumption Manager Role:

We are in search of a seasoned SAP Consumption Manager to enhance and streamline our SAP system usage. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in SAP, particularly in consumption planning, execution, and oversight. This position necessitates strong leadership abilities to guide a team and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of SAP resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to various teams, including Bonding, Assembly, Production Control, and Planning, to enhance consumption activities within SAP.
  • Work closely with Stockroom, Bonding, and Assembly personnel to facilitate training on SAP consumption processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists, offering guidance and support.
  • Encourage a collaborative and innovative team atmosphere to meet organizational objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and convert them into effective SAP consumption strategies.
  • Monitor SAP error metrics and maintain a comprehensive status of work stoppages, identifying potential resolutions.
  • Assist in conducting root cause analyses for Staging, Consumption, or Completion challenges.
  • Oversee the troubleshooting of Consumption errors and provide solutions to Production Control and Operations teams.
  • Prepare status updates for management and contribute to special projects or presentations.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP management, focusing on consumption and performance. Additionally, candidates should have at least two years of supervisory or progressive leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification or equivalent technical expertise.
  • Over 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience in a unionized or manufacturing setting.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of financial processes and cost management within SAP.
