As our selected Community Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the living experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents in finding their ideal homes
  • Supporting the property manager in daily operations
  • Enforcing community guidelines and standards
  • Conducting regular property assessments
  • Fostering a positive community atmosphere

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in Property Management as an Assistant Manager
  • Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to make timely decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Capable of identifying opportunities for operational enhancements

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Yardi Software
  • Understanding of Fair Housing Regulations
