Logistics Operations Manager

Riverstone Logistics (RLX) is a leading provider of final mile deliveries, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our dedicated and network models. We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager, Logistics to oversee the management of our client-based operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage client relationships at the local level, ensuring maximum labor efficiency and minimizing overhead and resource expenses.
- Oversee the design and output of processes and teams to ensure deliverables meet customer needs and established financial benchmarks.
- Formulate and recommend policies and programs to maintain, retain, and grow our competitive position and profitability.
- Direct activities to ensure approved deliverables are completed on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of warehouse, distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
- Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exhibit a professional manner when dealing with conflict.
- Ability to coach and develop employees.

The employee is occasionally required to maneuver about the work areas and move/manipulate various objects and there may be an occasional need to lift up to 50 pounds. This position may require extended work hours and travel.
