Position Summary:
As a Field Marketing Associate with LMK Recruiting, you will be instrumental in engaging with homeowners and showcasing our clients' outstanding exterior remodeling solutions.
Your main focus will be to arrange complimentary consultations with our Design Consultants, who will provide tailored design options based on each homeowner's unique requirements.
This position emphasizes relationship-building and generating interest rather than aggressive sales tactics.Key Duties:
Interact with residential clients to set up free consultations with our Design Consultants.
Conduct outreach in neighborhoods to identify potential clients and discuss their remodeling aspirations.
Participate in local home shows, fairs, and other relevant gatherings to connect with homeowners.
Adopt a customer-first approach, prioritizing exceptional service and satisfaction.
Effectively utilize company technology tools, including tablets and necessary software.
What We Provide:
Competitive hourly wage with the potential to earn an average annual income exceeding $60,000, including performance-based commissions. $250 commission for each successful sale.
