The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is seeking a skilled Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at the Caton Hill Medical Center. As a specialist in outpatient psychiatry, you will provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

We offer a unique opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, therapists, advanced practice nurses, and clinical pharmacists to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. Our electronic medical record system, EPIC, ensures seamless documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting, Monday through Friday
  • Document visit notes in EPIC, our integrated medical information system
  • Treat patients in clinic and via video/phone, with a hybrid schedule
  • No inpatient rounding required
  • Allocate 20% of daily work time to electronic patient care management

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
  • Work visa sponsorship available for eligible applicants

The starting annual salary for this position is $350,000, considering factors such as skills, qualifications, and market data.
