Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
  • Work with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our business objectives and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
