Position Summary

The Community Property Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the residential property, working closely with the Property Supervisor. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including maintenance oversight, implementation of safety protocols, marketing and leasing activities, fostering resident relations, financial oversight, administrative duties, and managing on-site personnel.
