Ford Job Corps Center. As a Residential Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and supportive living environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

* Provide supervision and guidance to students in daily activities
* Monitor student progress and provide support to help them achieve their goals
* Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and attitudes
* Conduct dormitory operations and ensure a clean and well-maintained living space
* Facilitate small group discussions on life skills, conflict resolution, and other relevant topics
* Provide informal counseling and support to students as needed

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Valid state driver's license
* CPR/First Aid certifications (training provided upon hire)
