Job Overview:
As a Business Systems Analyst at JobRialto, you will play a crucial role in facilitating discovery discussions and authoring requirements and JIRAs. Your expertise in WIKI and JIRA systems will enable you to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that system flows meet requirements and that feature requests and defect JIRAs are reviewed for completeness and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet with business stakeholders to understand current systems and identify gaps
Oversee build schedules and ensure SLAs are met
Collaborate with management and business to provide progress updates and prevent scope creep
Work with developers to capture requirements in JIRA and translate business needs into technical requirements
Review system flows and ensure they meet requirements
Participate in weekly status meetings with customers and document sessions to update and obtain approval on WIKI/requirement/process documentation

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical project management
Familiarity with WIKI and JIRA systems
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to facilitate discovery discussions and author requirements and JIRAs

Fluency in:
English
