Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Performance Optimization Specialist to join our Affiliate Partner organization. This role will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex data clearly and compellingly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Systematically evaluate program performance against established KPIs and targets, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement to drive sustained success.
  • Strategic Planning and Presentations: Prepare and present data-driven insights to the Affiliate leadership team, delivering sustainable business improvements by conducting analyses on performance trends, delivering actionable recommendations, and telling a story.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the management of program forecasting cycles, ensuring precise and timely projections of program outcomes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Management and Reporting: Supervise comprehensive program performance management, including regular assessments and detailed reporting of program status and progress against strategic objectives. Drive automation of routine data collection and develop reporting processes that aid performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: In Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In an analytical role with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Data Platforms and Analytics: Broad experience with data platforms and analytics, including hands-on experience manipulating data using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Excel.
  • Presentation Skills: Proven ability to present complex data clearly and compellingly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.
  • Business Forecasting Modeling: Experience in business forecasting modeling and performance management.
  • Team Environment: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Estimated Salary Range: $95,519.97 - $127,359.96
