This hybrid role will involve working with our clients to implement and optimize their Kronos systems, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Kronos implementation and optimization. The successful candidate will assist in all testing phases, including UAT, parallel, and additional testing as needed. Additionally, they will work closely with our lead, Matt Farnsworth, to create and enforce system-based policies specific to Kronos (WFC & UKG Pro). This includes meeting with business owners to review current requirements and gather input for enhancements and issues (bugs), ensuring the system remains updated and tailored to evolving business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a combination of work experience with Kronos Workforce Central and Kronos Dimensions, as well as a 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study. They should also have experience supporting large workforces using Kronos (over 10,000 employees) and supporting union/bargaining unit workforces. Furthermore, they should be proficient in integrating Kronos with PeopleSoft applications, writing custom reports, and configuring Activities and Advanced Scheduler modules.
