Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant Health. As an SLPA, you will work closely with a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for school-age students ranging from grades K-12.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Speech Language Pathologist in providing services to students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or Speech Pathology
  • Active/Pending California SLPA License
  • Previous school experience and IEP experience preferred, but not required
  • Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
