Critical Care Nursing Specialist

Job Summary:
A 92-day contract in the ICU with a 3-day/week shift from 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Located in Phoenix, Arizona.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nursing Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a seasoned Registered Nurse with a strong background in critical care, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as prescribed.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans and optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications and perform advanced interventions as needed
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options and care plans
Requirements:
- CURRENT RN license
- BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
- Two years of recent ICU RN experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
