Your expertise and experience will enable you to identify and address the unique needs of each patient, providing personalized care and support to help them recover and thrive.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a minimum of two years of critical care experience.
  • A valid state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
