Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a hospital setting. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and providing high-quality care to critically ill patients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
  • Providing medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assessing patients' condition and reporting any changes to physicians
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Documenting patient information and progress in electronic medical records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Active state license as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a critical care unit
  • ACLS and TELE certification
