About the Role:
- As a Critical Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the intensive care unit (ICU), working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with ICU teams to identify and address potential complications, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and care plans for optimal recovery.
Requirements:
- Curren RN license in good standing.
- BLS certification (Other certifications as required by facility).
- At least two years of recent ICU RN experience.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
