Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site team and maintain a clean, efficient site
  • Provide excellent guest service by training the team on internal and external programs
  • Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary
  • Train on site open/close process and ensure site is fully operational during business hours
  • Accountable for providing strong, positive, and proactive leadership to the team
Requirements:
  • Experience in car wash, retail, or guest service industry preferred
  • Ability to maintain high standards of guest service
  • Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
