Job Summary

The Residence Inn Oklahoma City is seeking a skilled Hotel Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guestrooms to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.
  • Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart.
  • Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways, and report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Report any lost or found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager, and handle items in accordance with our standards.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift and effectively communicate with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
