Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and deliver on guest needs, utilizing expertise and relationships with hotel staff.
  • Provide guests with intriguing information about the locale, highlighting local offerings and attractions.
  • Ensure a smooth and easy experience for guests, processing transactions and securing guest information.
  • Maintain confidentiality, comply with quality assurance standards, and protect company assets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • Ability to work on feet and move around, with a hands-on approach to work.
