Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and easy experience for guests.
  • Use expertise and relationships to anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
  • Be passionate about the locale and local offerings, providing guests with intriguing information.
  • Maintain confidentiality, comply with quality assurance standards, and protect company assets.
  • Work on your feet and take a hands-on approach to your work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
