Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement and Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of Lean and Quality, and ensuring that our operations align with Safe Quality Foods (SQF) and Workplace Safety Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a site transformation plan to align with business objectives
  • Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize productivity and quality
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and engineering workflows to streamline operations and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and best practices for both manufacturing and engineering
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field
  • Five or more years of experience in plant leadership, with at least 2 years in a position responsible for driving Lean manufacturing initiatives in complex manufacturing facilities
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
