The RoleIn this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming member out-of-pocket expenses and collaborating with the Care team, Customer Success, and Finance team to ensure an exceptional member experience. This is an in-office position in Des Moines, Iowa, requiring a high level of detail-oriented and organized work.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process member out-of-pocket expenses
- Collaborate with the Care team, Customer Success, and Finance team to ensure seamless member experience
- Coordinate activity between the Payments team and insurance payers to facilitate timely and accurate payment for applicable care
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, including claims submission/processing experience
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Solve problems creatively and think on your feet
- Ability to lean in to changing priorities and processes

This is a non-exempt position with a base pay of $31 to $33 per hour, with potential for variable compensation based on performance.
