Position Overview:

For over four decades, Epic Mountain Express has been a leader in ground transportation, providing a range of services and flexible options for guests traveling to resort destinations. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required to operate our vehicles.

As a Shuttle Driver with Epic Mountain Express, you play a vital role in enhancing guests' experiences from arrival to departure, prioritizing safety and exceptional customer service. Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Outlet: Epic Mountain Express - Vail, CO
  • Expected Pay Range: $21.36 / hour plus additional earning potential
    • $17.50 / hour base wage with tips
    • $20.00 / hour minimum earnings, with opportunities to earn significantly more for outstanding service ($30.00+/hour)
    • Overtime compensation
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Flexible scheduling options available, including days, nights, weekends, and part-time or full-time shifts.
  • Skill Level: Entry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to dispatch requests for unscheduled pickups or drop-offs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with guests' luggage
  • Maintain the shuttle through pre-trip and post-trip inspections, refueling, and cleaning at the end of each shift
  • Accurately document and submit all required information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • No CDL required; comprehensive training provided to ensure success
  • Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company safety standards
  • Pass a satisfactory background check
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
  • Ability to comprehend all company and regulatory agency forms
  • Successfully complete a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination
  • Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs
  • Obtain a Colorado driver license within 30 days of employment (unless CDL)
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screening required
  • Must be at least 21 years old by the start date of the position

The anticipated pay range is $21.36. This reflects the expected compensation for this role, with individual decisions based on various factors.
