Position Overview:

For over four decades, Epic Mountain Express has been a leader in ground transportation, providing a range of services and flexible options for guests traveling to resort areas. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required to operate our vehicles.

As a Shuttle Driver with Epic Mountain Express, you will play a vital role in enhancing guests' vacations from arrival to departure, creating memorable experiences by prioritizing safety and delivering exceptional customer service. We offer various schedules, breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains, and access to the best outdoor activities. Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Outlet: Epic Mountain Express - Vail, CO
  • Expected Pay Range: $21.36 / hour plus additional earning potential
    • $17.50 / hour base wage plus cash and credit card tips.
    • $20.00 / hour minimum earnings, with opportunities to earn significantly more for outstanding service (up to $30.00+/hour).
    • Overtime pay available.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Flexible scheduling options available, including days, nights, weekends, and part-time or full-time shifts.
  • Skill Level: Entry Level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to scheduled routes from airports to resorts and respond to dispatch requests for unscheduled pickups or drop-offs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting with the loading and unloading of guests' luggage.
  • Maintain the shuttle vehicle through pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fueling, and cleaning at the end of each shift.
  • Accurately document and submit all required information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • No CDL required; our drivers receive extensive training, including 60 hours of on-road and classroom instruction.
  • Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company safety standards.
  • Pass a satisfactory background check.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
  • Ability to comprehend all company and regulatory agency forms.
  • Successfully complete a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination.
  • Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Obtain a Colorado driver license within 30 days of employment (unless CDL is held).
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening as required by federal regulations.
  • Must be at least 21 years old by the start date of the position.

The expected pay range is $21.36. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to offer for this position. Individual compensation decisions will be based on various factors.
