Position Overview:

For over four decades, Epic Mountain Express has set the benchmark in ground transportation, providing a range of services tailored for guests traveling to resort areas. Our shuttle drivers play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition from arrival to adventure, emphasizing safety and exceptional guest service. Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Outlet: Epic Mountain Express
  • Expected Pay Range: $21.36 / hour plus additional earning potential
    • Base wage of $17.50 / hour with opportunities for tips
    • Minimum earnings of $20.00 / hour, with potential to earn significantly more for outstanding service
    • Overtime compensation
  • Shift & Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available, accommodating various preferences for work hours.
  • Skill Level: Entry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to scheduled routes while responding to additional requests for pickups or drop-offs as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting with guests' luggage.
  • Maintain the shuttle vehicle through regular inspections, fueling, and cleaning.
  • Accurately document and submit all required information.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Position Requirements:

  • No CDL required; comprehensive training provided for all drivers.
  • Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record that aligns with company safety standards.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending the English language.
  • Ability to understand all company and regulatory forms.
  • Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation physical examination.
  • Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Obtain a Colorado driver license within 30 days of employment.
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screening required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old by the start date.

The expected pay range is $21.36. This reflects the anticipated compensation for this role, with individual decisions based on various factors.
