Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commissioning Engineer Intern to join our team in Madison for Summer 2025. As a Commissioning Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on significant and complex projects, collaborate with professionals known for advanced engineering solutions, and learn within a friendly, supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in the commissioning process of engineering projects, ensuring that systems are installed, tested, and functioning as intended.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including commissioning reports and test results.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Enrollment in a Mechanical or Architectural Engineering program from an ABET-accredited school.
- Completed 3 years of coursework or have a junior standing.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow logical flows.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
- Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
- Effective working individually and within team environments.
