As a Building Systems Commissioning Expert in our Madison office, you will play a crucial role in empowering our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, contribute to environmental sustainability, and foster a greener future for all.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will leverage your technical expertise to tackle commissioning challenges and fulfill assigned tasks, including the development and implementation of commissioning process delivery plans based on the owner's project requirements, basis of design, design and construction documents, and insights gathered from users and project partners.

Qualifications of a Successful Building Systems Commissioning Expert:
  • Relevant experience in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design or construction.
  • General knowledge in at least one discipline area such as fire protection, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing/piping, electrical, technology, instrumentation and controls, process or lighting systems.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and the ability to learn engineering calculation programs and computer-aided drafting/BIM software for interpreting design requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and state-required vehicle insurance.
  • Technical or Associate Degree in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design or construction engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Documented commissioning training from a nationally recognized professional organization.
