Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor systems to ensure smooth operation and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Handle incidents and issues as they arise, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain clear communication and provide updates on incidents and system status.
  • Develop and implement solutions to recurring issues, ensuring continuous improvement of our systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with application development and support teams.
  • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, with clear and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in Life Insurance, especially Underwriting, is a plus.
