Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth in the EU region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the EU region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to recruit and manage US-based marketplace sellers into the EU region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex sales challenges.
  • Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Represent the team's contributions in business reviews and reports.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, with a strong understanding of sales pipelines and performance metrics.
  • Ability to set and inspire team vision, influence key stakeholders, and wear many different hats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and drive business decisions.
