Position Overview

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is actively looking for a dedicated Phlebotomist to become part of our team at the Burien Medical Clinic. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are devoted to delivering exceptional services to a diverse range of communities, with a focus on supporting Latinos in Washington State. Our mission is to provide care to all individuals, irrespective of their background or financial situation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures, perform waived tests, Automated CBCs, EKGs, and Spirometry.
  • Support the diagnostic and therapeutic processes for patients.
  • Manage laboratory reports, maintain logs, and prepare specimens for referrals.
  • Comply with safety protocols and privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or hospital environment is preferred.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification is mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
