Job Overview

This 13-week contract assignment offers a competitive salary of $1,834.30 per week, based on the location and experience of the candidate. The successful applicant will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

The Critical Care Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a valid RN license and at least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing. A BSN degree is preferred, but not required. The selected individual will undergo thorough credentialing and background checks before starting the assignment.
