Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives for the Families Together program
  • Oversee staff training and professional development
  • Manage program data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in accreditation activities and maintain program standards
  • Supervise team members and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human or social services
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • LCSW/LCPC preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
