About the Role

Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) is a leading not-for-profit organization providing healing, justice, and wholeness to people and communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Families Together Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the quality improvement process for the Families Together program, including data tools, QI data analysis, and reporting.
  • Oversee training and staff development needs, including evidence-based interventions and program fidelity.
  • Manage program data, including client records, outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Represent LSSI and Families Together in meetings and committees with external and internal groups.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other LSSI departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human or social services.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Child Welfare Employee Licensure (CWEL) preferred.
  • LCSW/LCPC or eligibility preferred.
  • Ability to interact positively with internal and external resources.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in technology-based tools, including EHRs and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
