About the Role

G&W Equipment, Inc. is a leading provider of sales and service for CAT Lift Trucks, Mitsubishi Forklifts, and Jungheinrich Forklifts. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business within a defined sales territory to drive revenue growth.
  • Sell new and used industrial equipment from our portfolio to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure capital equipment purchasing decisions.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement an aggressive prospecting plan to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Create customized business plans to ensure customer and profit fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years outside sales experience in a similar or related industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of basic financial merchandising.
  • Ability to remain persistent and overcome customer objections.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
