About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Material Handler to join our dynamic and growing team at syncreon. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders and work orders.
  • Read and interpret documents such as shipping orders, work orders, and customer orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
  • Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
  • Assist in the counting and accurate tracking of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet production goals and Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people and be a team player.
  • Flexible and able to work overtime or varying shifts as required to support the demands of the business.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
