Relationship Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services sector and proven track record in business development and sales leadership. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
The role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers at C-Level, identifying new revenue streams through active communication and collaboration with BBH relationship managers, and representing BBH at industry events and conferences. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an influencer network to generate inbound referrals and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $195,000 per year, with additional compensation including discretionary bonuses and profit-sharing.
