Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover potential clients and sales prospects.
2. Generate leads through diverse channels, including telemarketing, in-person sales, and networking functions.
3. Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clientele.
4. Present and showcase products or services to prospective customers.
5. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to achieve or surpass sales objectives.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or issues raised by clients.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery of products or services.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, ideally within a technical or solar sales context.
- Strong customer service capabilities with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for managing customer interactions and tracking sales performance.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
