We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center. As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and promoting optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

Requirements- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
